Italian Sporting Goods' preferred method of shipping is via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel). All ammunition and other dangerous goods will be shipped via Loomis. We will ship anywhere in Canada. For all other shipping destinations, please call us.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied we will provide a refund or exchange within 30 days* of purchase.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact ISG to make arrangements and obtain an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Only unopened items can be returned or exchanged.

Returns must be shipped prepaid to ISG. COD shipments will not be accepted.

With Receipt: Returned items accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Without Receipt: Refunds and exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.

GUIDELINES:

* Our standard return policy does not apply to the following items:
Ammunition, powders, percussion caps and primers may not be returned due to safety considerations.

Special orders, food processing equipment, sleeping bags, bear and dog sprays, socks, undergarments, game calls, electronic devices and DVDs may be returned only if the packages have not been opened.

All returns or exchanges of firearms must have prior approval from ISG. Once a firearm has been discharged, it is non-refundable. If a firearm has been discharged and a manufacturing defect is discovered, it will be sent to the manufacturer or factory-approved warranty depot for repair or exchange.

For items damaged in shipment, perishable, or drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please call Italian Sporting Goods at 1-877-225-4741 or contact us by e-mail before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
